Now- he wants to be a state representative for
Bob Cupp officially announced his campaign for the position on Tuesday.
He talked about the main reasons why he decided to run.
Cupp does have competition- meaning there will be a primary next spring.
Lima City Councilman Kurt Neeper will be wrapping up his term on council at the end of the year- and will also seek the state representative seat.
Matt Huffman is the current seat holder- but cannot run again due to term limits.
